It’s obvious by the number mp3 players that seem they have become a part of daily wardrobe that the love of music is alive and well. But how does this continuous influx of music affect us spiritually? Just as our physical bodies reflect what we put into them, so does our spirit. When you eat healthy, you tend to feel better. When you consume a bunch of junk food or food that is too heavy it weighs you down. What would happen if we monitored what we listened to the way we monitor –or should monitor- what we eat? What if we only listened to music with positive, inspirational or encouraging messages?

With that said, the 7th Made Challenge this month is to take time out to listen to only gospel/inspirational music, or that promotes a positive message. Try it for a day or week and see what changes you notice. Come back to the discussion board and let us know.
